About Dr. Warsof

Dr. Beth Warsof, PhD (she/her)
Developmental Psychologist I Life Coach I Wellness Educator

Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.

I’m a developmental psychologist, transformational coach, and wellness educator who works at the intersection of developmental science and relational care. My work is rooted in developmental theory while also being deeply human: I help people understand where we've come from, how we’ve adapted, and what possibilities might unfold from here.

I bring over two decades of experience in developmental psychology, specializing in emotional development, early relationships, and the ways our past shapes our present. I work with children and adults, supporting parents to show up with greater presence for their children and their own authentic selves. I’m grateful to learn more from my families each day.

My approach blends compassion and curiosity with practical, research-informed guidance. I hold space for complexity and I’ve learned we have just as much to learn from our shadows as our light. Emotions, in ourselves and in our children, aren’t ever problems to solve. They’re deeply intuitive messages we can listen to, learn from, and guide us into closer relationships and greater alignment.

Dr. Beth Warsof, PhD

Clinically, I specialize in supporting children and adolescents with developmental, emotional, and learning differences, including ADHD, autism spectrum, executive functioning, learning disabilities, mood challenges, and a range of special needs.

My consultations are caring and collaborative; we’re not labeling a challenge, but understanding a whole human being. I draw from Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), humanistic psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based approaches, neurobiopsychology, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), restorative justice, and somatic work.

My work is developmentally attuned, relationship-centered, and committed to honoring each child and family’s unique strengths, needs, and experience. I welcome all family structures and relationships; I look forward to welcoming you too.
