About Dr. Warsof
Dr. Beth Warsof, PhD (she/her)
Developmental Psychologist I Life Coach I Educator
Hello! I’m a developmental psychologist, life coach, and educator who works with science, story, and soul. My work is rooted in developmental theory, but it’s also deeply human: I help people understand where they've come from, how they’ve adapted, and what possibilities might unfold from here.
I bring over a decade of experience in developmental psychology—specializing in emotional development, early relationships, and the ways our past shapes our present. I work with children and adults, supporting parents to show up with greater presence for their children–and their own authentic selves.
My approach blends curiosity and compassion with practical, research-informed guidance. I hold space for complexity—and I’m not afraid of the hard stuff: grief, shame, anger, fear. These aren't problems to solve, but intuitive messages to deeply learn from.
Clinically, I specialize in supporting individiwith developmental, emotional, and learning differences—including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mood challenges, and a range of special needs.
My consultations are caring and collaborative—we’re not just labeling a challenge, but to understanding the whole child. I draw from humanistic psychology, applied behavior analysis (ABA), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, restorative justice, and somatic work.
My work is developmentally attuned, relationship-centered, and committed to honoring each child’s unique strengths, needs, and story. I look forward to welcoming you in.
